I reset my settings for internet access, now I can't get
to any web page but MSN.com. Each time i try to look up a
site it asks me for a password I do not remember what it
is. How can I reset this password?

Some malicious programme has inserted an extra item in
the <Tools> drop-down menu of Internet Explorer.   I
found and deleted the offending line item in the Windows
Registry, but when I re-opened IE the inserted item was
