When I click on Tools - Internet Options I get a message This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions placed on this computer. Contact your system administrator. I am the system admin. Does any one know how this happened? Thank you Ellen

I've had this 2.8meg critical update download repeatedly via auto update and is always listed as 'successfully installed'. Then if I check the windows update site that same critical update shows as being required by my pc.

When I check the tasks currently running, I see this mciole16.exe running. I did the search to see where it is located. It is under C:\Windows\System32. I have never seen this exe file running before.
