I'm pretty sure I have the worm. I have Win XP, I
downloaded the patch and the removal tool but I didn't
disable the System Restore and I thing the worm was
restored, anyhow, at the moment I can't even open Windows,

How do you stop your Internet Explorer windows from
automatically closing when you visit some websites?

I am having a problem with something I tried to do so I
went to the "Restore" function to try to undo it.  Last
restore point was 3 days ago when I removed a program and
installed another.  

Recently, for no particular reason, i seem to have lost
access to my floppy and CD drive. I am the only account
holder (guest account is turned off) on my home puter,
yet it tells me that I need the administrator to allow me

When I am in the control panel and select "user accounts"
the page opens up empty. My computer boots normal with
all the available users displayed properly. What happened
to my control over this?

Please help i try to update and will not let me and not sure how to get read of spyware and realy not sure what it is. and i try to instat support but say i am not on inter net but i am so please help

After a system recovery I tried to install security
updates.The update page says "new windows update software
required". When I click on update now, nothing happens?

My computer won't allow me access to certain programs
without my computer administrators permission but my
computer has never been assigned an administrator by me.
So I don't have a password to give it. Is there any way

I have no passowrd on my PC, so as i was told i just

internet. I would suggest that Microsoft recode the
affected operating systems to eluminate the potential
flaws and to send out CD's which the new and improved OS

I want to set up a limited account for my kid in order to restricit him from running game programs. However the limited account can also run the programs installed in hard disks. How can I restricit him from running such programs?

How do I get XP to skip the accounts logon and boot straight to the desktop?
