I Have Norton and my virus definitions are up to date.  I
run a scan twice a week and get "NO Infections Found" every
time.  Despite that I keep getting virus alerts for the

I have 18 files in my system 32 folder that are infected
with a worm. Anti virus software can't remove them saying
they are critical files. Can they be cleaned or replaced
in somke other way (Manually?)
