Just lately, I have noticed that with task manager running I have 100 % CPU
utilised when there is apparently no real number crunching going on.
Looking at the processes list I see that explorer.exe runs at 85 - 95 % CPU
with between 50 and 70 Mb Mem Usage.

Can somebody please guide me on hardening operating system and if there are any tools and /or scripts available for the same
