i changed my password to log onto my computer for windows XP to exactly what it was before. Now it won't let me log onto the computer at all. Can anyone help? If i have to reinstall it, will i lose information in my pictures or word documents? thanks

I inadvertently deleted the "administrator" account from the logon screen utilizing the "Tweak UI" powertoy and I cannot get the admin user back. The only logon option at start up is "guest" user. How do I get the administrator
