i dont want this user to access my msn program how can i delete on his user account but keep it on mine?

I looged into my account which took me like 2 minutes,
them my account reset itself. All my files in the My
Document folder where missing, all my favourites have
gone, desktop items have been reset, IVE LOST EVERYTHING!!

  Can anyone pls advise as to this "pickle"?

In the event viewer there are no events in the Security Log folder. There
