I am trying to keep limited users on my computer from accessing certain
programs. In safe mode, I right click the program exe file, select

I have a machine running XP-Home that keeps trying to dial

My virus protection detected the w32.bobax.7 worm on my
computer but failed to do anything about it...

account.  I've tried to rename it a couple of different
