I have locked a computer up through Group Policy and I
can't find a way to get back to the mmc. I used an
administrative template to shut off ALL applications. I
can't even get in with a domain administrator account.

I had been using ICF until I was infected with a trojan.
I successfully cleaned my computer, but now I'm unable to
