I can't see the ICF option after computer join domain, even my user is
domain administrator.
But if I switch to the local administrator and login, then I can see ICF

We have a self coded application which users use. The executable is located
on a network share, and users directly run that program. Each time user
tries to open that app XP  prompts does user really want to run that app. Is

Twice during the install, a dialog box  stated a hidden
file would be overwritten.  It did not give the name of
the hidden file.  Upon restarting, it said the ntfs.sys
was missing or corrupted and to repair from original setup

Long story short. Some idiot deleted all the user
accounts in WinXP and created new ones.  I of course had
files I needed on my previous user account.
Can the data be recovered without having to send the hard
