We're looking for a way to provide reports on when a
person logs in and when they log out. The event log on
the domain controller just is not usable for this
purpose. Any ideas?  The local computer log won't work

I have two problems with a XP pro unit all caused by the same thing I'm
sure.  1)The restore tab is missing in system properties.  I have tried all
the known procedures to fix it, but don't work.  2) When I go to click on

Installed SP2 and found that DEP is blocked bsxpp.exe
which is found in system32.  I presume this is required
by Windows XP Pro due to it being in this folder.  I
configured DEP to except this file but it still continues

it does not recognise this and I get a dialogue box saying that I don't have

I've just gotten rid of Trojan.byte.verify.  NAV and several online scans,
including Panda, say the machine is clean. Even used System Recovery, but
according to Symantec's online security scan, Port 80 is still open and the

Recently the home page on my Int.Exp. has been changed
without my consent whilst I was viewing the web using
internet explorer. It has been changed to a page called
about:search a search engine of some type.

My Computer restarts when I select administrator account. I
tried using 'last known good config' but it restarted
again. I can log into the other user account, but my
internet won't work on that for some reason. It used to. I
