I have a concerne that someone other then myself is able to monitor and check my pc...such as my emails...IM's and pretty much all that I do on this machine...how would I be able to know for sure...and if so stop it?

This update will not install. It says it did, but every day at update time its back waiting to be installed and microsoft will not even let me send them an email because my software is oem!
