(www.vx55.com) opens at the bottom of the screen and links to a porn site. Everytime my kids or myself open IE this happens. I have tried everything to make it stop, HELP please. I thought of re-installing the OS but...not sure if I have to. Please help if you can.

Norton AntiVirus has instructed me to delete certain files using Windows Explorer. When I click on those files to delete them, however, I find that "access is denied". How do I get rid of those files?!

I have installed Norton Internet Security 2005 and I have the previous Norton Antivirus 2004 patch for SP2 installed, but Windows Security still does not "see" the norton firewall and antivirus in the security center section.
