My computer constantly asks for a password in a dialog box entitled "Content Advisor". The password doesn't work. Is it possible for me to log on in Safe Mode as the Administrator and fix this?

We have a Windows 2003 server and XP clients and are using policies t lock down the users, but today found out even though we are blockin access to the command prompt so the users have no access to it, the still are able to make a batch file with all the commands they like

I had set user control dialog to "no user name or password neccesary to use this computer." by clearing the checkbox in the dialog box. This way the user I chose would be the auto logon at startup. After installing SP2

After a recent hard drive crash I upgraded from xp home to pro. Set up an administrator account for myself and a limited account for my wife. Then found there were 3 accounts, an "administrator account", my named account with admin priveleges and my wifes limited account.

I renamed the administrator account on xp 64-bit, but instead of renaming it looks like it copied it because I am unable to rename it back to administrator. When I try this Windows tell me that this account already exists -

Is there a procedure in XP-Pro, on a Windows 2000 dimain with A/D, that will allow the administrator to setup an auto login. This option is available in 98/2000, but I am unable to configure XP using these methods.
