I'm perplexed by Windows XP's consistent marking the "read-only" attribute
box with green color.
When I select any folder in MSExplorer, right click, select Properties, I am
presente with the usual info about the folder.  Under Attributes there are

I would like to give a particular user permission to start and stop a

I am running Radmin as a Power User, but when I stry to start the Remote
Administrator Service, I get an "access denied" error. I CAN run it as
Administrator, but need to have it run as a Power User.

Hi my windows firewall keeps disabling itself for some reason. I have to keep
on my toes and check it occasionally to make sure it is on. I use the free
zonealarm and McAfee antivirus. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Can anyone advise wether or not this file is required?  Its in the registry
and I am not sure if I can delete it.  Zone Alarm keeps blocking its attempt
to establish an outgoing connection.

is 80kb, and has RHS ATTRIBS.
Does anyone know what this is, I am going to DELETE it.
Its about a week old, I know no reason for its existance..
