My MSN messenger 6.2 does not connect on my Limited User Accounts. If the change the account to Admin then it works. How can I get MSN to connect on the Limited Accounts? Thanks.

when i use control-alt-del i get a message saying task manager has been disabled by the administrator but i am the only administator on the pc. i allso can not do a system restore cause it wont let me disable it.

I helped a friend install a new XP Home. Their bratty teenager hijacked the machine and made herself the administrator. She won't give up the password. Is a new install the only way around this? How do I set her parents as the administrators when I reinstall?
