My MSN messenger 6.2 does not connect on my Limited User Accounts.  If the
change the account to Admin then it works.  How can I get MSN to connect on

I am trying to lock down an account on a Windows XP station.  It is not on
the domain, and i do not want to lock down any administrator accounts on the
machine.  Since by default, any local policies that are put in place affect
each account, I have not had any luck in locking ...

Have investigated this problem with no luck on many fronts.  The ISP,
Symantec, many Google searches, and so on.
My ISP upgraded their e-mail servers from pop1 and smtp1 (for simplicity) to

I helped a friend install a new XP Home. Their bratty teenager hijacked the
