I have problem in my computer, there is a virus in my computer called"
Trojan. Startpage virus".I have used the Norton anti virus, but this software
still cannot removed. What should I do? Urgent!

I was looging onto interent banking and ticked the box to
both "remember my password" and "don't show this box

When I right click on a folder in Windows XP SP2, the security tab is
missing. Is there anything that was done in SP2 to hide this tab? How can I
get it back so I can set my permissions on my folders.

I accidently delete the EFS certificate in "Personal"
certificate for one of my encrypted folder. I did not
export the certificate before and did not delegate a
recovery agent. Right now I could not open the files

Every time I d/l service pack 2, my computer crashes.  It may crash whilst
logged on or even during start-up.  When I remove it from my system it's
fine.  But then Window's update prompts me to install it...so I do...and so
the problem persists.

I have picked up both slserver.exe and msdatlst.exe
can anyone identify them and tell me how to get rid. I've tried Spybot but
they keep coming back. Disabling them in startup manager (in Spybot) prevents
my IE from connecting.

Ok.  Here is my situation.  I have a computer that is running XP Pro, not
connected to a domain.  On the welcome screen, there will be the
Administrator login, and a user called Operator.  The users who will be using
this will click on Operator.

I'd like to know if there is a way to look up an IP address to see what
service or company it is a part of.
I am running Win XP Pro behind a firewall/router.  When I run netstat I get
some IP addresses I am not familiar with.  I'm pretty sure they're not local
