I think I am being attacked.  Here is the problem:
Every evening at 8:11 p.m. my computer starts beeping for about 30 seconds.
It stops as soon as I disconnect from the internet.  If I set the computer
clock back an hour the beep does not occur when the clock says 8:11 p.m. but

Strange situation. My C:\ drive is shared out under admin share C$ with
permissions to access given to local admins group, and to my login acct on
the domain.
When any user from any client on the domain does run, \\mylaptop\c$, then

My notebook has XP SP2 loaded and has joined a Domain of a corporate network.
Whether I am online or offline, if I logon as domain/username, Xp will not
allow me to turn OFF the firewall. The radio button that says "Off (Not
Recommended)" is just greyed out.

How can I set up a PC running Windows XP Pro to automatically log on to the
Administrator account (which does have a set password).
