according to bitdefender this is a dos virus...........it has my bios locked out...I removed the "trojan" but i can't reflash my bios. Any suggestions

Service Pak 2 corrupts you ISP and Microsoft Explorer, and there is not way to uninstall the SP2 once its installed in your system. You can't delet the file no matter how you try....Microsoft Must be laughing at there little small cubicls...

We have a password policy which changes passwords every 40 days, so when the user changed his password, he can no longer access his encrypted documents. Unfortunatley there is no specified data recovery agent or password reset disk.
