When attemtping to perform a "perfmon" from any of my Windows based servers

I'm doing an IPSEC experiment using Windows XP SP2 and Redhat Fedora Core 3.
I'd like to ask two things.
1. IPSEC SA between two machines is torn down repeatedly. It seems to occur
after a 5 minute idle time on the SA. By viewing Oakley.log file, I notice

I'm having a problem accesing a folder in "Documents and Settings".
This is the situation: I reinstalled my winxp and left the D&S folder
on the hard drive. After I've set up my accounts in the new

After installing XP sp2 I ran Microsoft BSA 1.2.1. This service warned me of
more than 2 administrators. One of the administrators had a user name of
S-1-5-21-566045......  Was this from the sp2 install? If not, what can I do
to remove this unknown user from my computer?

My Internet Explorer has been acting up lately. Font sizes for pages such as
Google, Yahoo, NYTimes are 5 times as bigger than usual, while other pages

I have noticed that after created a new local user account and added this
local account to the local Power Users Group it does not have the ability to
write to the root of C: unlink any other version of windows e.g. Win2000. Is
