Mystery User Appears to be Logged On02 Mar 2005 21:23 GMT3
Occasionally when I close down my PC I am told that another user is logged on
a closing down will cause them to lose work.   This happens when no-one else
is logged into their profile.
What couold eb causing this?

This is a mixed issue but it deeply concerns the security of Hotmail. I
thank Microsoft for having the 'alternative email' address field in
Setup/Options. Otherwise I wouldn't have got my Hotmail back ever!

Is a process running under NT-authority\SYSTEM account allowed to do

When the screen saver came on, it used to go back to the
welcome screen for the password.  Now to enter the password
out of the screen saver, a dialog box comes up the says
"Your computer is locked", and then I enter the password.

Is there a way to password protect a single file (i.e: pw.bmp) without
it putting it in a zipped file?  I can do this in my word processor
but haven't been able to figure out how to do it in Windows XP Pro
SP2.

I have installed Spyware Beta and when I try to run it, a message is
