How does one disjoin a NT workstation (by this I mean NT, 2000 Pro or XP Pro) from a NT, 2000 or 2003 SERVER domain? Then, how can you rejoin this domain and keep your same user profile, name and shares intact?

I'm trying to share my HP Laserjet 1200 printer, but when I set it to Shared, I get the message "Printer Settings Could Not Be Saved. Operation Could Not Be Completed." I've tried as both my own account and as Administrator, but with the same result.

I hope you can help me with this problem... We are using Lotus Notes 6.5 as our email client. Now, when I set the user group of a certain account to "User" & even "Power User", Lotus Notes will not run. It will only show the splash screen.
