Switched from DSL to RR 3 days ago, not sure if it is related.
But, I have two XP machines and both have shut down during the night for the

I have the above trojan according to Norton 2003. I have scanned several
times in normal and safe mode but am unable to remove the file. With Norton
it finds the file but cannot quarantine it or delete it. It is labelled

I just upgraded a machine to XP from 2K, and found that the encrypted folders
(EFS) on the NTFS data disk are no longer accessable.  The permissions on the
folders are still set correctly, but I am unable to access, copy or disable
encryption.
