I just installed XP Pro. For some reason I ended up with FAT32 system. I

New user of the MS Firewall - When I clicked onto my ISP a warning sign came
up telling me Netsurfer was trying to connect.  "Always block from this site"

I am working with a Windows XP Pro SP2 workgroup computer that a 2nd
computer needs to access files on. So, I go to Control Panel ->
