I have an XP workstation.  I want to setup a user on it, so that they can
only start up one program and nothing else.  Can I do this in XP?  If so,
can someone explain where I would change the person's rights?

When trying to install the recovery console (winnt32.exe) I always get an
error message saying that it is out of date.  The OEM WIndows CD of course is
older than the SP@ updates I installed since I purchASED THE COMPUTER.   hOW
CAN i INSTALL WINNT32 with SP2 updates installed?

I believe a virus is killing my machine, it can take up to 8 hours just to

Had an issue that ended up with me rebuilding XP from scratch on a new disk.  
The previously names \Documents and Settings\Stu now gives me access denied.  
It was set to Private (level 1) but I assumed I would be able to get at the
files.

I had previously set up two administrator accounts under Windows XP
Pro.  I have since changed one to a limited account and one to a Power
User account.  However, both accounts are still available and active
whenever Safe Mode is entered, which is contrary to what I thought
