I cannot get ICS to work, it used to but not now!!! when

message"Windows cannot display the properties ofthis

After rebuilding several machines to windows xp, we are experiencing
problems where certain users if they are members of quite a few groups
(750+) encounter problems running group policy and general authentication
issues on the domain.

When we press CTRL + ALT + DEL open a window called Task... I tried to do it
and a received an error message that say the Administrator has disable this
task How can I enable it?

does anyone know how to disbale windowx xp sp2 firewall...remotely. i am
using symantec corportae at work, and my job is to check PCs that may be
infected or may not have any antivirus software on it. I have domain admin
righst when i do this search, but with pcs with WXP SP2 ...

I've been trying to rescue a laptop that was infested with spyware.  Among

I installed a new W2K3 Server and XP clients and all was working fine till
my server crashed.  After re-installing it, I restored all the
data,re-created all the users and re-added all the clients to the domain.

When XP is idle for about 15 minutes, the welcome screen appears.  Where is

We are in the process of implanting xp sp2 computers to the company.  In the

SP2 upgrade and IE no longer works nor will my email program work. IE will
open but not connect to the internet. I have virus, popup blockers and
spyware all disabled. Also it is asking for a Password when I start up.

I did something jolly stupid last evening on an older PC (WinXP-Pro SP2):-
While attempting to reset permissions of multiple drives I inadvertently
clicked on "OK" to reset existing permissions on all the three drives on
