Does anyone know where I can find an explanation of what all the different settings in Internet Options > Security > Custom Level mean? I've already looked in Windows Help and on the Microsoft website but I haven't had much luck.

Winodws xP sp2 I had alot of spy-ware on a computer and ran MS Spy-ware removal tool and now my Explorer.exe will not come up, no desktop no icons on noting. I can press crtl->Alt->delete and bring up task manager, that is it.

I was under the impression that we where going to be chrage a fee for this program once the fee trial period ended. Considering how many people( usually refered to as cracker, & not hacker) can mess around with how X.P. O.S. runs, they ought to give it to us free.
