Does anyone know where I can find an explanation of what all the different
settings in Internet Options > Security > Custom Level mean? I've already
looked in Windows Help and on the Microsoft website but I haven't had much

I purchased a computer at a garage sale and I do not have the administrator
password to download and update my computer.  When I do so under my user
name, it does not let me and states "you need administrator privileges".  How

I wanted to explore the "security" tab under a folder's "properties".  There
was no tab.  How do I get it back?

I had alot of spy-ware on a computer and ran MS Spy-ware removal tool and
now my Explorer.exe will not come up, no desktop  no icons on noting. I can

prompt window disappears immediately after displaying the results for a
