I am not sure if MS or IE or McAfee is doing this. I have been downloading a lot of files for my PSP program. I have notices in properties it is saying the file is blocked and I can unblock by clicking etc. I don't know where this block is coming from or what limitations it is

Recently I accidently changed the domain of a computer at work to "workgroup" and now I cannot log in at all because it says the user does not exist on the domain. But I cannot change the domain now because if you press the options button the "log on to:" is no longer an option. ...

I've been trying to get an EFS encrypted file located on a user's machine available to another user. Both machines are in the domain, NTFS permissions are wide open, and all relevant users' EFS certificates have been imported and show up both in the "Details"
