please can someone help me, i have my boyfreind on the phone at the mo,
he has a packard bell computer, with windows xp home edition, we have
tried a number of things, the problem is he has come home tonight and
tried to access the computer, he does not have a password setup and it

I am not sure if MS or IE or McAfee is doing this.  I have been downloading
a  lot of files for my PSP program.  I have notices in properties it is
saying the file is blocked and I can unblock by clicking etc.
I don't know where this block is coming from or what limitations it is

I am trying to encrypt a folder but I get a messege that says the p.c. is not

Recently I accidently changed the domain of a computer at work to
"workgroup" and now I cannot log in at all because it says the user does not
exist on the domain.  But I cannot change the domain now because if you press
the options button the "log on to:" is no longer an option. ...

I've been trying to get an EFS encrypted file located on a user's
machine available to another user.  Both machines are in the domain,
NTFS permissions are wide open, and all relevant users' EFS
certificates have been imported and show up both in the "Details"
