My firewall is asking if I will allow ViewMgr (ViewMgr.exe) access to my computer. I am not familar with this file, does anyone know if it is safe and/or part of the XP Pro operating system? Thanks.

as an admin or user other than guest, one is able to change their power scheme via the control panel. in the case of guest, however, access is denied. the value is set to turn the monitor off after 20 minutes where I would like it to be constantly on.

I am running Windows XP Home Edition with SP2, and I was wondering if there was a way to manage what other users do on the computer (e.g. Accessing the Task Manager or Command Prompt) Is it just in XP Professional that administrators can add a local secuirity policy?? Thanks
