is there a clean way to create a local user account for just FTP access and
prevent that same user from logging into Windows?

We are deploying to our worldwilde customers a set of application which is
installed on an standard industrial PC (we are delivery the same PC to all
our customer).
The system need to be stable and fully functionnal 24h/day.

I'm looking for the command we type from run to open up a windows
configuration tool where we can edit the boot.ini, startup programs e.t.c. I
just can't seems to remember it.

Ok i got one user account which is the default Administrator and it won't let
me create a limited account because i have to create at least one Computer
Administrator but I'm already the default Administrator. so im suppose to
create another account with administrative privelege. ...
