As far as I know neither Windows 95 nor Windows 98 (& 98SE) includes special administrator user privileges. Are there other 32 bits Windows versions where a user always has all privileges so that there is never any question of user account(s) with

I had two OS on my computer - Win 98 SE on drive C and XP Professional on D. I decided to upgrade Win98 to XP Professional. Upgrade was successful, but the computer didn't recognise two OS. The original XP was not noticed.

What could be the reason why a System DNS : OBDC would require local adminrights?? If a put the user domain user only, the connection to the SQL server does not work. I test the ODBC and it does not work.
