Cannot use the system restore feature. I am the administrator on this
computer. Also tried to use the system restore function in safe mode under

Windows XP Cd that they ask for with the home edition?  Do I have to get one

I'm trying rid my computer of this worm/virus but can't.  Does anyone know

I looked under my user accounts and found an account that was set up as an
administrator but I didn't put it there. I don't think anyone in my household
did it. Is there a way for this to be done remotely and if it can, what do I

I have windows xp but i have forgot my administration password and that is
the only account that i have . I was wondering if i use my system recovy disk
would that reset the password back to the default password. I dont care if i
lose all my files on the computer.
