I've tried Norton, Ad-Aware SE, Spybot, unintalling and reinstalling, and I still have this worm. Basically, it just sends an IM to anybody I'm talking to, saying check this out: and then a hyperlink.

Just re-installed windows last night and did a trend micro scan this a.m. which showed 3 sypware cookies and 60 vulnerabilities detected. They listed fixes after each one, such as MS03-001, which I clicked on and don't have a clue what to do next! Can anyone help?
