Ran the Event Viewer this morning (don't do this very often),
and noticed that there are many Failure Audits having ID=627,
SE_AUDITID_USER_PWD_CHANGED. These are run from my machine,

I've written a small batch script which itself calls Windows Scripting
Host (cscript.exe), the purpose being that a remote webcam start

I have removed 1500 virus infected files and about twice as many
spyware files.  But this PC will not let me get ride of these two
files.  I have rebooted like sypbot said but it still did not delete
the file.
