Good day.  I have a new system with XP Media Center.  I have changed the
administrators username from Owner to my new name, but everytime I reboot the
system, it changes the login username to: Owner.  How can I stop this.  
Again, I have already changed the administrator username ...

I am trying to set up x-lite Voip phone on my daughters computer. I am
tryng to do this over the phone, with her in another country.
I know from installing it on my own computer that if it is installed
with Firewalls operational it will not successfully make a call.

I have a clients pc that I cannot enable the firewall.
It comes up with message " For your security, some settings are controlled
by Group Policy".
The firewall settings are greyed out and in the OFF position.

I have created a group policy using the MMC.  It works on the computer I
created it on, but all settings apply to users and the administrator.
I moved the policy I created to another machine and the group policy only
applies to the users, which is what I want.
