My comp got taken over a couple days ago.  System restor did not work.  Virus
causes repedative \\ or== signs, so can not write anything.  Virus also opens

After shutting down the pc when backing up an external hd, I rebooted the
sytem and when I selected the login name it rebooted. I can go into safe mode
but admin and anyuser name still, in regular mode, causes a reboot of the
