Hi ~ I have Pop-Up Blocker enabled in IE6 SP2. I continue to get pop-up ads
when I visit intellicast.com, which is in the 'Internet' security zone under
Internet Tools menu. This zone is set at 'medium'.
The 'sites' button for that zone is 'greyed out'... why is that?

I want to encrypt a Word 2003 document.  For the document in question, I go
to Properties, General tab, Advanced.  But the "Encrypt contents to secure
data" option is greyed out/unavailable.  Help, please.

I expirenced a very unusual problem today - I found that system restore had
turned its self off!

I have been having troubles installing sp2 for windows xp. I have had
