Some files have been deleted from my windows xp machine by mistake - I need to retrive these files, I've heard there's ways of doing this - anyone know how I can do this

On an older install of windows I had swapped the names of the account
Administrator and Guest.  Later I reinstall windows knowing it would keep old
settings.  Problem I found after the install is that It kept them as if
unswapped leaveing them named as before.   Guest was guest ...

I run XP Professional on my computer and I'm the only person who uses
this computer.  I have a small hard drive, so XP uses the FAT32 file

Hav a PC with WinXP home loaded and my DSN modem/ISP software loaded;
