Ive moved away from home for the last few months and when I arrived back
yesterday, i discovered that id forgotten the password on my WinXP. I am
the onlly user on the machine and the password hint hasnt helped me at
all.

I use windows  XP professional .  I was checking the my hosts file i have
found a entry (static ip address ) of my remote server. Named "application"
with the concerned IP address inthe hosts file.  so i am in doubt wheather

I right clicked and accidently selected "hide desktop icons" and I can't get
them back.Even now when I right click nothing happens. I tryed dragging the
