When I issue the following command:
"netsh firewall show logging"
It doesn't seem to return accurate settings?  I have a policy that logs to
the C:\Windows\FW.log file dropped connections...  And I see that it works

Is there a way to block specific account of locally logon to a machine,
but still allow that specific account to run inside RunAs environment ?
i check that system event log able to identify these 2 different logon type

ok--apparently someone in my house has been logged in to my computer under
