I am not using SFS and am not on a domain. I was reading how to set, change
(etc) security on files. The KB says to right click the file and choose
security tab. What am I missing here? My files do NOT have a security tab. My

I have a computer which someone tried to lock down.  They removed most of
the Start menu items.  You know Run, Control Panel, etc.  I thought they did
this by using "gpedit".  When I looked it was clean.  I think he used the
registry and modified a bunch of settings.

There is a background job running on my system which seems to be tracking all
my operations when I use MS Word (for sure) and probably other things. I have
