I am managed to get scvhost.worm and PacerD.bundle on my PC.

is there a way to stop users from accessing the internet on a windows XP pro
machine other than setting a fake proxy?  I would like not only to stop
Internet explorer from running, but also to stop the user from typing a URL

There is an account on my computer that I did not know of. The Name is
ASP.NET Machine A... This account is password protected. I have no known
spyware issues or viruses. How did this account get on my comp? Will I have
problems if I delete it? Or for what is it being used?
