When I try to open a help topic in Windows (for example, from the print monitor window), I get a message that says "Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this prolem, start the service named 'Help and support'."
Following on from my earlier post I have got futher information. By entering "Administrator Tools" I now have :- Could not start ICS service on local computer. Error 2001 : the specified driver is invalid.
