I have Sysgate personal firewall installed and am constantly informed my computer is at risk because no firewall is turned on. How do I let the security centre know that I do have a firewall installed and doing its job.

When turning on my computer from an off position, I get a blue window that requires me to enter a "power-on password." Although I know it, I would liket o cease the use of this feature and have it boot automatically. can someone tell me what I can do?

Is it possible to enable a limited user to automatically download and install critical updates from Windows Update? If the do it manually, or through the settings in Control Panel (set up by an admin) it still requires them to be an admin to install them.

Windows XP Pro has crashed and fails to start. It gets to the Windows screen and the progress bar just keeps going - nowhere. The disk access light is on full-time. Jusst prior to this everything seemed to be really slow.
