How to set  user level permissions on Windows XP Home?
I was not getting it.Are we able to set permissions on Windows XP Home?

I am the administrator on my home computer (windows xp).  Accounts have been
set up for other users.  They have been password protected.   However, they
are no longer using this computer.  Can I get their password (without asking)
in order to clean up the account , remove etc.

Some websites prompts users to download and install their software. Once some
buttons like OK is clicked, it is installed. I wonder if there is any
settings or third part software which can prevent these software from being
installed? I think it is very hard just by adding a list ...

I found out (TOO late, that the system event logging has stopped with last
entry dated  1 Nov 2004!!! Application and security logging is OK. System is
