I understand that XP SP2 sets firewall to aktiv on default , but how d I get it to start automatically if its off on default ? , especially if the services list tells me that IT I aktiv ?, but looking at the security center

Ok, here is my question. I have a PC on my domain that has/had a virus. I was able to kick off the virus scan remotly without any problems. My problem is that I cannot do any remote administration like view the log files. If I disable the firewall then it will work fine.
