"Deny" Explorer and windows wont work.30 Jan 2006 22:03 GMT1
  The intention was to stop some users from using the internet.  The first
try was to setup the firewall to deny explorer the right to run.  However I
could not get the frewall to turn on.??????
Then I got a great Ideal.  Why not set the "Permissions" too "Deny" everyone

I hope someone can help me.  I bought a new computer in September last year
and for the past few weeks I have had a strange problem.
I have 3 accounts,2 of which are set up as "admin".  When I try  to access
the internet with the admin accounts, I keep getting "page not found"

When I try to extract the files I get this error "Windows has blocked access

I have a desktop, a laptop, and a USB hard drive.  Both desktop and
laptop are running Windows XP with the latest security updates.

I suddenly am unable to log into any secure site (i.e., bank accounts,
portfolios, medical records, hotmail). When I enter my userid and password,
the page appears to load and then stalls.

will go into security center to turn it back on and it will switch itself off

psswrd.  Yesterday It will not let me log onto my administrator account.  No
one uses my pc so no one has messed with it.  It will let me log onto my
