The intention was to stop some users from using the internet. The first try was to setup the firewall to deny explorer the right to run. However I could not get the frewall to turn on.?????? Then I got a great Ideal. Why not set the "Permissions" too "Deny" everyone

I hope someone can help me. I bought a new computer in September last year and for the past few weeks I have had a strange problem. I have 3 accounts,2 of which are set up as "admin". When I try to access the internet with the admin accounts, I keep getting "page not found"

I have windows xp prof sp2 my windows firewall keeps turning off by itself I will go into security center to turn it back on and it will switch itself off again a few mintes later. any help fixing this will be great and thanks for your help in advance
