I'm trying to install windows updates and the BITS service is unable to run
when requested by the windows automatic updates.  I'm using window xp with
sp2, and it's in a domain environment.

I have about 200 laptops that I need to deploy in a lab envirnoment.  All the
computers need to do is access the web to access an online program
(Macromedia, Shockwave).
