I'm trying to install windows updates and the BITS service is unable to run
when requested by the windows automatic updates.  I'm using window xp with
sp2, and it's in a domain environment.

I am running Windows XP security pack 2 with a DSL modem.  I am currently
using Norton Personal Firewall.  I notice when my computer first starts up,
Norton Firewall is the last icon to appear on the right hand side of my
taskbar, leading me to believe it must be the last program ...

In the WinXP SP2, I am encountering in the local secuirty setting the above
being greyed out so that other computers cannot access File shares.
