I am suddenly unable to access any Federal Court website that has
"uscourts.gov" in its address. This suddenly started occurring after Jan 1st.
When i attempt to go to such a website (www.uscourts.gov, for example) i

Sony Connect software won't run on a limited account. Is there any way an
exception can be configured so this will run without being administrator?

Maybe you won't have to struggle with this as long as I did to get it working.
PsExec is a free utility downloadable from <www.sysinternals.com>.
This command unregisters shimgvd.dll on a single remote computer. The /S switch
suppresses the popup dialog:

When I log on to WinXP something causes the startup of my tray programs to
hang. I know that it is a service because when I disable the Microsoft
services the startup runs smoothly.

Something has loaded itself on my system, and locked out my access to my
toolbars on Internet Explorer.  I can show the toolbars after clicking on the
View menu, but all are grayed out.  Additionally, my Address bar, which was
