i have windows xp home sp2 and i cant get it to shut down restart or log off
80%+ of the time. This is a big issue as i have to restart and turn off my
computer maually alot. (not good) so if anyone knows what might be causing
this please reply.

Scan found trojan vundo in awvuu.dll (c:\windows\system32) and could not
repair it. OS  is WinXP Version 2002 Service pack2.

I accidentally reform the secret partition (with recovery info) and now F11
is not working. I saved all the files on the partition and would like to
know how I can restore it and make F11 work again.

I was informed by my system admin today that our company is stripping all jpg
imaged from emails due to a vulnerability in Microsoft operating systems,

How do you completely clear web addresses from the address bar?  I have
already gone through the whole : TOOLS/Internet Options/Autocomplete
progression and no matter what, there are still a few web addresses that
won't flush out of the system.  Please help
